Openly Isolated

Today we live in a world that revolves around technology. We
are constantly being bombarded with advertisements, messages, fake and real
news as well as a impersonal connection to our peers through the use of social
media. We look into the lives of our peers and how we glamour up our lives for
the world to see, but we only look through our personal windows rather then
actually going out to spend time with real people. Isolation creeps over those
absorbed in social media and it becomes our only access to the outside world.
In the open world we have never felt more alone. We posses so
much power in the palm of our hands yet our most powerful tool makes us feel
the most vulnerable.
